Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours after order placement to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours of dropoff to the carrier to let you know your order is on the way!

MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using USPS.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders of $60.00 or more.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you do not see shipping available to your country, please contact author@roccolevitas.com for a shipping quote. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

CARRIER LIABILITY

After your order is dropped off to the carrier, the carrier assumes liability for the delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once they have been marked as 'Accepted' but we will do our best to work with the carrier for a solution. Please notify us immediately at author@roccolevitas.com if you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or delayed.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items that have been personalized, signed, or inscribed by the author are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at author@roccolevitas.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at author@roccolevitas.com. 

DIGITAL GOODS DISCLAIMER

Digital products and ebooks are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.
